This page explains what happens to your details when you use a form on this site. It is written in plain English rather than legal language, and it describes exactly what T80 Solutions does — nothing more.

Who is responsible
T80 Solutions, run by Amrit, based in Alba Iulia, Romania. The contact address for anything on this page is amrit@t80solutions.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form. That means your name and email address, and depending on the form, your business name, phone number, current website address, and whatever you write about what you need. Nothing is collected from you unless you fill in a form and submit it.
Why
To reply to you and to work out whether I can help. That is the only purpose. Your details are never sold, shared with advertisers, or added to a mailing list.
The legal basis
You are asking to be contacted about a possible piece of work, so this is handled as steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and as my legitimate interest in answering enquiries about my own business.
Where it goes
A submitted form is sent to an automation workflow that emails it to me and records it so I do not lose track of it. It is processed on servers inside the EU and the UK, and it is not transferred anywhere else.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that turn into work are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts, plus the period Romanian law requires business records to be retained. Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site trackers. Visitor numbers are counted in aggregate — pages viewed and where visits came from — with no cookies and nothing that identifies you personally.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email amrit@t80solutions.com and I will action it within one month, usually the same week. You can also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority, if you think I have handled your details badly.
